[YUV AHB] W/a Exynos GPUs not handling RGB_IDENTITY correctly. The Samsung Exynos GPU driver return 0 for Cb and Cr when sampling a YCbCr texture with VkSamplerConversionYCbCrModel RGB_IDENTITY. Add a toggle that causes YCBCR_IDENTITY to be used instead, and compensate for that in ExternalTexture by undoing the transform when computing the shader's yuvToRgb matrix. Add a configuration to the OpaqueYCbCrAndroidForExternalTexture tests that force this toggle on. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
