D3D12 Intel: Improve the workaround for array texture corruption issue This change adds more tests to exercise the code of the workaround for array texture corruption issue. Because texture memory layout and tile alignment vary accordingly if array textures have mipmaps, and/or different dimensions, etc. It also does some slight changes in the workaround itself for array textures with non-32-or-16-bit-wise formats. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
