Add support for Undefined LoadOp & StoreOp promotion wgpu::LoadOp::Undefined and wgpu::StoreOp::Undefined, when the DawnAllowUndefinedLoadStoreOp feature is enabled, are now promoted to whichever concrete op the backend considers best performing: - LoadOp::Load & StoreOp::Store if the backend prefers it (e.g. desktop GPUs, where Load & Store are no-ops). - LoadOp::Clear & StoreOp::Discard otherwise (e.g. tile-based renderers, where Discard avoids storing to system memory). Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
