[spirv-reader][ir] Break non-scalar/vector Output apart. For most non-scalar/vector types used in an entry point return, we need to break the aggregate into scalar/vector parts in WGSL. (The exception is the clip distances array). This CL splits apart the aggregate return members as needed. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
