[dawn][node] Add AllocateArray to Converter Add AllocateArray<T>(n) returning std::span for array allocations, and support perfect forwarding in Allocate<T>(args...). Both functions strip const from T internally. Use AllocateArray<char>(in.size()) with std::ranges::replace_copy in ConvertStringReplacingNull to return an explicitly sized wgpu::StringView without unchecked pointer arithmetic.
