[tint][val] Reject nested usages of blend_src Reworks how the blend_src check works to only accept blend_src on members on top-level structs. Nested structs and structs in arrays are rejected. The capability kLoosenValidationForShaderIO can still be used to allow blend_src on non-struct module scope vars. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
