Make BreakPoint continuable on ARM64 The immediate field of brk is up to the interpretation of the attached debugger, but clang seems to use two different constants for __builtin_trap (0x1) and __builtin_debugtrap (0xF000) so match the latter. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
