Support f16 in the immediate address space Allow f16 in the immediate address space across all backends. SPIR-V decomposes the immediate block into a u32 array so f16 unpacks via bitcast, avoiding the optional StoragePushConstant16 capability; HLSL, MSL, and GLSL need no backend change. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
