Add WGPUAdapterProperties and expose it in DawnNative The dawn_native::Adapter::GetPCIInfo/GetBackendType/GetDeviceType methods are now deprecated in favor of a method returning a webgpu.h AdapterProperties structure. Deprecated function are still available to avoid breaking Chromium or Skia compilation.
