Skip bad dawn_end2end_tests test on gn_v2 testers Skips SurfaceTests.*/Vulkan_SwiftShader_Device__Subzero when running with SwiftShader on the gn_v2 recipe. These tests seems to cause issues with flakily exhausting X11's resources. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
