Fix query index of availability in timestamp shader Currently we use offset to calculate the index of the queries in timestamp compute shader, which is incorrect. The offset is the buffer offset where we start to write the query results, and has nothing to do with query index. In the query availability detection, the query index should be based on the parameter firstQuery. Add new test for resolving a timestamp query twice to the same destination buffer with potentially overlapping ranges. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h
that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
