Make WireTest::device/Queue use C++ types Also fixes an issue where the client::Device would try to access the Client even if it has been already destroyed. Temporary cDevice/Queue members are added to WireTests so that wire tests can be transitioned progressively over a couple more CLs. WireArgumentTests and WireBasicTests are already transitioned in this CL.
