Wire: Remove the old interfaces that use raw pointers in wire headers This patch removes all the old interfaces (`SerializeDataUpdate` and `DeserializeDataUpdate`) that use raw pointers as the parameters in `WireServer.h` and `WireClient.h` as they have already been replaced with the overloads that use `std::span` as the parameters. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
