[Android]: Remove webgpu_wrapper_tests from the release AAR libwebgpu_wrapper_tests.so is a gtest library that only androidTest uses, but it is built for every variant and also published as a Prefab module, so the release AAR ships it twice per ABI (jni/ and prefab/). Build it only for the debug build type, which androidTest uses, and drop its Prefab module.
