[vulkan] Set VK_PIPELINE_SHADER_STAGE_CREATE_ALLOW_VARYING_SUBGROUP_SIZE_BIT This guarantees that: - SPIR-V SubgroupSize is the number of invocations in the subgroup, even if some invocations start out inactive. - All subgroups in the dispatch have the same SubgroupSize. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
