[uniformity] Remove resulting control flow from expressions Expressions do not modify control flow, so this is an unnecessary output of the expression rules. Remove the `CF_after` node from function call expressions since the control flow is now just the incoming control flow. Added a unit test to cover the edge between a function call result and the control flow of the function call expression. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
