test/tint/builtins/gen: Use returned value It appears that FXC and DXC do some validation post dead-code-elimination. These tests have been updated so that the return value is assigned to a storage buffer, ensuring that all validation is performed. Many DXC tests are affected by https://github.com/microsoft/DirectXShaderCompiler/issues/5082, which have been SKIP'ed. Dawn is an open-source and cross-platform implementation of the work-in-progress WebGPU standard. More precisely it implements webgpu.h that is a one-to-one mapping with the WebGPU IDL. Dawn is meant to be integrated as part of a larger system and is the underlying implementation of WebGPU in Chromium.
